"Keronimo" was built during 2010, by the renowned McConaghy Boats, based in China.Built to be the ultimate IRC rating boat, there is nothing that this design hasn't achieved, whether it be inshore IRC National Champion or a Class winner in the Rolex Fastnet Race............ "Keronimo" and the Ker 40 design can do it ALL.
Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:
The hull and the deck constructed from vacuum consolidated e-glass/epoxy/foam sandwich.
Additional reinforcement in the way of all deck fittings and other highly loaded areas.
The structural internal from vacuum consolidated glass/epoxy/foam with sandwich construction unidirectional fibre reinforcement.
Non-structural internal components are built from glass/epoxy/foam sandwich construction.

"Keronimo" is fitted with a Hall Spars carbon rig, which is a twin spreader configuration.She is a single piece, which is the preferred performance option for these boats.
An optimised carbon boom, to include the option for reefing, with out haul system fitted internally to the boom is also supplied
Keronimo is fitted with Nitronic Rod standing rigging throughout, which was die tested in July in 2018
