Role: Refit & Repair Department Co-Ordinator
An opportunity has arisen to join the Refit and repair team at Ancasta Yacht Services, part of Europe’s largest Yacht Broker, Ancasta International Boat Sales Limited.
Reporting to: Technical Sales & Service Manager, this is a full-time role with overall responsibility to provide sales and purchasing support to the Refit & Repair team
Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
· Answering the phone, dealing with general enquires and taking messages as appropriate
· Logging leads on Netsuite that come in via face to face with customer, telephone, email or web enquiry
· Converting estimates into sales orders on Netsuite once go ahead given by customers and raising corresponding projects
· Sending works acceptance & deposit request forms
· Processing payments via card machine
· Raising purchase orders on Netsuite for services/materials against corresponding projects
· Raising expenses on Netsuite for services/materials against corresponding projects
· Running reports on Netsuite once work is completed for costing purposes
· Raising invoices on Netsuite once Project Managers have confirmed costs
· Producing open projects list on Netsuite for weekly production meetings
· Approving holidays on Netsuite
· Running the shared ownership boat accounts, raising statements and invoices
· Chasing aged debtors and raising cases for late payments on Netsuite
· Maintaining profitability spreadsheet
· Maintaining supplier pricing
· Any other duties which may be required to enable the smooth running of the company
Skills required:
· Recent and relevant experience within the marine industry or similar
· Excellent numeracy and organizational skills
· Attention to detail
· Professional telephone manner and the ability to liaise with clients, boat manufacturers and suppliers with ease and confidence
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel etc) SharePoint & Netsuite desirable but training will be given
