The race leaves Falmouth on the 1st June 2019, and competitors will race either single or double handed to Ponta Delgada on São Miguel Island, one of the nine Azores Archipelago Islands that lie in the Eastern Atlantic, before turning around and racing back to Falmouth.

The AZAB is an international ocean race for all comers, from experienced racers sailing high-performance boats, to local cruisers in need of a challenge. The notice of race is now online and we’re accepting expressions of interest, so we hope that you too will join us on this epic adventure.
