Ancasta are offering Shared Ownership as part of a 2, 3 or 4 party syndicate on this brand new Beneteau Oceanis 38.1. Shared Ownership enables you to considerably reduce your upfront and running costs, whilst enjoying a fully managed and serviced boat. With this program we have successfully developed a straight forward, hassle free way of owning a boat, where your costs and depreciation are in fair proportion to usage - this truly is the future of boat ownership.

You can be a part owner on this brand new yacht, based at the location of your choice with a low initial deposit of only £15,641 including VAT and monthly payments of £987. This monthly figure covers all the costs of owning a boat including; finance repayments, berthing, insurance, servicing, maintenance, winterisation, monthly valet, management and more. We have included in this value, a contingency so that you will not be required to reach into your pocket during the partnership agreement. On this Beneteau Oceanis 38.1, the syndicate members will be able to decide on the final specification, location and name of the yacht, just as outright ownership. Leaving you with a brand new Beneteau in turn-key condition to enjoy with family and friends - stress free!

The Beneteau Oceanis 38.1 is the perfect cruising sailboat for relaxing day sails or long weekends away. The clever use of space allows free movement around the deck, multiple light and airy living spaces and the chined hull and low water profile performs well under sail with good stability.
