Tracey joined Ancasta in 2017 and brings with her a wealth of marine industry experience having previously worked for many years for a luxury sailboat manufacturer and more recently a yacht management company. Tracey’s sailing experience includes 60,000 nautical miles on sail, motor and catamarans in the UK, Med, USA and Caribbean as well as two Atlantic crossings. Oliver Windsor
Spending his childhood growing up in South East Asia, Oliver quickly discovered a passion for sailing during holidays to Holland and the UK. Upon moving to the South coast in 2008, he joined the cadet corps, allowing him to obtain various qualifications in activities such as sailing, powerboating and yachting. Whilst completing his undergraduate degree in Business and Management, Oliver pursued his interests by joining the university sailing team. He became the club treasurer and vice-president in his second and third year, respectively. From here, he then undertook a masters degree in International Management. Throughout his education, Oliver also honed his knowledge participating in numerous internships both in the UK and Singapore, allowing him to gain experience in liaising with clients, sales and management at the highest standard.
