Recently sold my motor yacht using the team at Lymington Ancasta Brokerage. I’ve had an excellent experience from start to finish. Given the distance I live from Lymington, the team (James, Charles & Tracey), took great care to help with the presentation of the boat for photography and viewings. Ancasta facilitated a smooth selling process with great communication throughout and helped co-ordinate with Ropewalk (Volvo dealer) a few repairs which the survey highlighted needed doing. I wanted to give a huge thank you to the whole Ancasta Lymington team and in particular Tracey and Charles for their help and guidance during the purchase of our Beneteau Oceanis 373. Right from the start Tracey was so willing to accommodate us with timings and generously gave up so much time to answer all our questions and help with the start of the boat purchase, Tracey's knowledge shown through with aplomb. At all times I felt in friendly and helpful hands. During the negotiations Charles was incredibly helpful and professional in dealing with all parties involved and all of the intricacies involved. I was incredibly impressed by the Ancasta team during this time. Post our purchase of the yacht the Ancasta team yet again showed how very helpful they could be by assisting with contact details of all the required people and services required to move the boat to its new home. During this time we had to make some last minute changes and again the team showed how accommodating they could be in light of us being rather awkward. All in all the Ancasta team have demonstrated to me what truly brilliant customer service and focus looks like. They have set a new high bar for their professionalism and ability to help. I'm so very impressed with Charles, Tracey and the whole Ancasta team. I would rate them 10 out of 10 or higher as a yacht broker with bonus marks for making me feel comfortable and confident in all the service that they offered. Just a note to thank the team for their help in the purchase Jazz. This was not straight forward since although we had plenty of sailing experience we had little with powerboats. Additionally, the owner was in Birmingham and not able to assist with handover. Your team were excellent in sorting out the issues that we had with the boat and its controls.
