BUILT BY CNB IN BORDEAUX 2010 TO A DESIGN BY PHILIPPE BRIAND
Hull number 21 of the immensely successful Bordeaux 60 was meticulously specified by an experienced owner with no expense spared. This attitude that has been continued ever since launch. Her condition is remarkable and a tribute to her one owner since new.
She has an exceptional sail ward-robe with a white painted mast and carbon v-boom and a custom lime washed teak interior designed by Hugon Couedel. This teak interior was a high cost option which significantly enhances the feeling of luxury and quality and is unmarked.

CONSTRUCTION

MACHINERY
Lift up the saloon floor and you have full access to the engine, generator and machinery
Excellent sound insulation and great for weight distribution
Volvo D4-180 with ample power to drive the Gori 3 blade folding prop with overdrive function
Under engine she will power along into the roughest of seas or with the overdrive engaged and a flat sea she will cruise at 8.5knots with just 1500rpm on the engine making her quiet, fast and economical
The generator is an Onan 11kw in it’s own soundproof box providing ample power to run the air-conditioning and watermaker or to charge the gel batteries
The air-conditioning dual compressor is also housed in the engine room providing 60,000btu of cooling power to the yacht or provide warmth
Fuel and water tanks are under the floor to each side of the engine room
The water tanks are switched via a remote push/pull switch and the engine fuel tanks can be switched by a push/pull switch in the wet locker
The technical room is accessed from the starboard aft cabin under the companion way stairs. This area houses the watermaker and filters plus the gen exhaust separator and two of the battery chargers, space for tools and spares keeping this essential equipment in an easily assessable place for repairs and servicing on the dock or under sail
The shore power system runs two separate circuits, one for the air-conditioning and one for the domestic, all systems can be switched between shore or gen from the switch panel
