Reporting to the Group Finance Director.

We are now looking for a driven and enthusiastic NetSuite Administrator to help set up and support our NetSuite database, for assisting end users with processes and reporting requirements, and for optimisation of NetSuite software to streamline processes and workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the implementation team to complete data migration, UAT and user training prior to go live.
- Assist users in performing daily functions on the platform.
- Create Process Notes and provide training to all users and new starters.
- Maintain user access and roles.
- Create and maintain custom roles, workflows and permissions.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc management reporting as needed.
- Develop and manage in-depth KPI dashboards and reports for all department functions at both management and individual level.
- Initial point of contact for NetSuite support issues, review and resolve system issues.
- Coordinate with NetSuite support on issues that cannot be resolved internally.
- Work closely with NetSuite implementation partners and ensure all installations, upgrades and integrations perform correctly.
- Manage third party integrations.
Key skills
- Good understanding of sales and business processes including billing, inventory management, etc.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in configuring, managing and customizing NetSuite ERP, specifically:
- creating Custom Online Forms, Records, and Pages.
- developing NetSuite Reports and Saved Searches.
- setting up dashboards, custom Roles and managing Users.
- setting up automated workflows and CSV imports.
- Excellent team-work and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to learn applications and processes quickly, while adaptable to change.
- Takes ownership and accountability within daily work and project tasks.
- Able to listen to and understand user requests and needs and effectively implement changes to the database.
- Effective verbal and written communicator, who can explain complex products in a non-technical way and an ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
- Strong organisation and project management skills.
