Overview

Navigare Yachting Charter Management gives you the option to buy this Beneteau Oceanis 46.1 to keep at one of their bases in Croatia, Greece or Mallorca at a vastly reduced one-off price of as low as €165,000 under their SMART Purchase Scheme and use the charter income to look after the running costs of the boat over the 7 year term. Or, pay an even lower first payment of €131,000 with a balloon payment after 5 years of €71,500 and receive returns for years 6+7 of €22,000 under their SMART-LOW Promotion.

Alternatively, buying the boat outright at the outset, for the discounted total of €304,900 will enable returns of €27,400 (8.99%) per annum for each year you elect to keep the boat within the Navigare programme, under the Navigare COMPLETE purchase scheme.

For all options, there are no additional costs over the 7 year duration in fleet. You will get a number of charter rental options in high, medium or low seasons on your own, or any other boat in the fleet of the same value. These holidays are to the value of €139,353 over the 7 year period in the fleet. Alternatively, swap your charter allowance points for vacations such as ski chalet holidays or resort destinations - your's to choose!

At the end of the agreement term, the boat is yours to sail away, sell off, or event trade up, whichever programme you choose.

With a five cabin offer, the Oceanis 46.1 has everything you could hope for to maximise chartering effectiveness, whilst ensuring maximum comfort for when the owners are on board. The well-equipped galley features a stainless steel sink with 2 basins, a twin-burner gas hob, 85 litre ice box, 130 litre refrigerator (12v, front opening) and a sea water/fresh water foot pump.
