Overview"El Capi III" is an impressive Sunreef 62. These custom multihulls built to suit the meticulous owner with no expense spared. BVI flagged, she was built to meet MCA classification and has numerous upgrades to be able to offer luxury crewed charter. Delivered to the owner in June 2009, she sailed The Baltic before heading down to the Mediterranean for remainded of the Summer and then crossed The Atlantic to The Caribbean where she now resides. Full electronics, teak decks carbon mast and boom to name but a few. The interior is finished in the "modern" style with an upgraded wood selection. She is for sale as the owner wishes to move up to a larger vessel.

GUEST CABINS :
All four guest cabins have en suite facilities. Each cabin has a fan for extra ventilation as well as deck hatches with screens to shut out the light.
Starboard Aft is the Master Cabin. This is larger than the others with a double berth, settee, storage and a large heads compartment with separate shower and toilet.
Port Aft is a guest cabin with double berth and an additional Pullman berth for occasional guests or children. This cabin also has a separate toilet and shower.
Port Forward is a guest cabin with separate toilet and shower.
Starboard Forward is a guest cabin with a combination shower / toilet compartment.
CREW CABINS :
Port bow cabin has a berth and toilet for the crew as well as a washer/dryer.
Starboard bow cabin has a berth for crew.
SALOON, GALLEY AND NAVIGATION STATION :
These are situated on the bridgedeck between the two hulls.
The navigation station is situated facing forwards and allows the crew to keep watch while monitoring systems and engines from a protected position.
A large galley with appliances is on the port side. This is well appointed and makes life easy and suited to preparing gourmet meals when living aboard or cruising equipped with the following appliances and features ; Dishwasher, Stainless Steel Microwave Oven & Grill, Cooker Hood, Icemaker, 32 Bottle Wine Cooler and a large domestic style fridge/freezer. The hob and oven is Propane. There are double sinks and plenty of storage for glasses, dishes and cooking utensils and ample work surfaces. There is an additional deep freeze which is midships in the port hull.
On the starboard side, the saloon seating is in the form of a settee with a folding dining table.
The saloon opens through a large stainless steel sliding door onto a large cockpit area which provides access to the transom steps and swimming platform. The cockpit is decked in teak and has a wet bar area with a sink and an icemaker, a dining table and plenty of seating. Two top opening, insulated drinks lockers are situated at the aft end of the cockpit.
The swimming platform provides dinghy storage and spans from transom to transom.
The dinghy is deployed by two extendable davits with electric lifting system.
On the flybridge, there is a central helm station with all winches, lines and control systems led nearby so the boat is easy to single hand, even for such a large catamaran.
A teak table with seating is forward of a large sunbathing area with cushions.
There is a stainless steel bimini with navy blue canvas.
