OPTION 1- COMPLETE FINANCE: Where you loan Navigare the full purchase price € 695,829 and receive a fixed revenue per annum of € 48,710 in years 1-5 and €27,782 in year 6.
OPTION 2 - SMART FINANCE. Where you loan Navigare € 487,090 (advertised price) and the income from the investment will pay off the remaining loan.
OPTION 3 - SMART LOW . A lower initial payment of €417,500, with a balloon payment in year 6 of €104,380. This option allows you to tie up less capital, and have the charter income pay off the remainder of the loan.
For all options, there are no further costs, and you will also get access to the Navigare Holiday Program to the value of €34,791 per annum for the 6 year term. This program allows you a number of charter rental options in high, medium and low seasons on your own, or any other boat in 53 sailing locations around the world, or alternatively, you can swap your allowance points for land holidays such as ski chalets, beach resorts and more. At the end of the agreement term, the boat is yours to sail away, sell-off, or even trade up, whichever program you choose.
