Overview

Beat the factory queue and own a brand new Lagoon 42 catamaran through Ancasta and Navigare Yachting. The boat will be ready this spring for the 2020 Mediterranean season with the option for a guaranteed return on your investment.

Ancasta and Navigare Yachting offer three investment programs tailored to suit the needs of their investors. Not only does each investor have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful sailing holidays, but the chance to make a return from yacht ownership, or spend just a fraction of the yacht price.

Option 1. COMPLETE FINANCE. You loan Navigare the full purchase price €459,734 of the new boat and receive a fixed revenue of €34,054 in years 1-5 and €25,040 in years 6&7. You will also have access to their holiday programme value €22,987 each year during the term of the agreement. At the end of the agreement the boat is yours.

Option 2. SMART FINANCE. You pay a one off payment of €277,169 and the charter income will pay off the remainder of the yacht. As above, all costs are covered and you have access to the holiday programme.

Option 3. SMART-LOW FINANCE. Alternatively, you could tie up less capital by paying a lower first payment of €230,199 with a balloon payment after 7 years of €68,960 at the end of the term the boat is yours.

For all options, there are no additional costs over, and you get holidays to the value of €22,987 p.a. over the 7 year period in the fleet. You will get a number of charter rental options in high, medium or low seasons on your own, or any other boat in 53 sailing destinations worldwide. Alternatively, you can swap your charter allowance points for vacations such as ski chalet holidays or resort destinations - your's to choose!

At the end of the agreement term, the boat is yours to sail away, sell off, or even trade up, whichever programme you choose.
