Overview

LAGOON 440 FOR SALE. Vaneesha is a beautiful example of a sloop-rigged catamaran, built by Beneteau in 2005. Recently improved and updated at substantial cost, she is presented in excellent order. This is a rare opportunity to purchase not only this sophisticated yacht but a chartering business, established in February 2018. Prior to this the boat was in private ownership and has only been very lightly chartered this year.
She has a spacious living area and galley, nine berths including a master stateroom, two double guest cabins and saloon seating with a table that converts to another large double berth. A large aft cockpit seats eight to ten people and both the forward cockpit and flybridge helm seat up to six. Vaneesha has an extensive inventory which includes a recently installed Watermaker, Genset in silenced cocoon and a Highfield tender with a Honda petrol outboard motor. Much of the canvas and upholstery was either replaced, re-covered or cleaned in Spring 2018.
With her effortless sail handling in luxurious surroundings, viewing is highly recommended and can be arranged 7 days a week by appointment.
On show at Swanwick Used Boat Show September 2018.
